Browser prototype developed by Phil Surette |
The LawShare Browser provides users with a rapid and intelligent navigation tool for official Canadian statutes. Search by section and keyword; repeal and revision dates are included. Pinpoint your section of interest and save time in-class or court. Say goodbye to heavy books and frantic page-flipping. Version 1 demonstrates some of the benefits of XML-structured statutes by providing access to a select set of federal statutes which are properly linked and easily navigated. The next version will include an annotation function for knowledge-sharing. This is a prototype, we welcome feedback on your experience.
